Investment Guidelines
Have to be in line with our portfolio’s diversification strategy to include various industrial sectors in companies based in Egypt.
Each investment should not exceed 25% of SEII's total portfolio.
The preferred transaction size revolves around USD 10mn.
SEII looks for investment opportunities, preferably within an expansion stage.
The typical retention period for our investments until exit ranges between five and seven years.
SEII prefers to have a significant minority interest in companies in which it invests in.
